Friendly staff, basic facilities, good location, parking available at extra cost, excellent food and service at attached pub. Been going for 20+ years, consistent with good service and clean comfortable rooms. Near Zurich center station, convenient for meals and travel. No issues with payment.

The hotel is conveniently located close to popular tourist attractions. It is just a short walk away from the main train station and the center of town, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a tram station right outside the hotel, providing quick and convenient transportation to the city center.
The noise from the street and the nearby church can be quite disruptive, especially at night. The trams running until late at night and the loud church chimes every half hour can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Convenient location, near train station and tram stops. Busy area with shops and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Ideal for attending concerts at nearby venue.

The hotel offered comfortable and firm mattresses, made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable. From the incessant traffic noise outside to the loud music playing from a nearby club, it was nearly impossible to get a decent night's rest.
